WE NEED THESE 2 BLOCKS!!!

In scratch you know that there are extensions. One of them is a pen extension which lets you draw. But there is one problem. The pen layering is AWAYS set to be behind sprites and there is no way to fix it. This is a huge problem for my War Of The Worlds simulator that I'm making because I use the pen tool for the heatrays and it is going to be a top down RPG Game where you play as the aliens. I am going to have a open scrolling map but the heatrays will not be visible if the map is in front of the pen tool.
But if these 2 blocks where in scratch, It would not be a problem. Maybe they will appear in the next update to scratch maybe?
