Did you play the game via the Gamejolt Client?
Did you play the game in the Webbrowser directly on the Gamejolt website?
What exactly happened?
When did the bug/error/crash occur?
What steps did you do before?
Have you tried it multiple times?
Was the performance of the game good or band in general?
If it helps to indentify the bug: Do you have screenshots or even short videos?
