Weekly Update #3: The Daily Grind

Yo. It’s Josh again.
Still astounded by the amount of positive reactions to Climb! It makes me want to work even harder every day. Checking in on this page each evening fills me with such determination. Please don’t forget to comment when you rate as well! All feedback helps immensely!

Anyways; what have I been up to this week?
Well, I’ve hastily begun work on the official Demo of Climb!

I can’t say much about it at this point without boring anybody, but basically I’ve:

  • Fixed up some awkward bits of the movement code

  • Put together the first few levels

  • Fixed several graphical errors

Pretty soon, you’ll be able to play through the first world!
So be sure to follow and keep track of how I’m doing!

Thank you for tuning in again! I know this update isn’t very beefy.
I’ve put a lot of passion and time into this project and will continue to do so…
So please be patient. The end result will definitely be worth it!

The day has finally come... Release day! I can't thank you all enough for the constant support; & as small as this game is, I really put a lot of heart into it. It's bittersweet, to say the least. Thank you! & have a great 2019, everyone!

Runestones: from concept to in-game model🗿

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
