Well, first things first, I'm feeling a bit more better than earlier, and the next thing, I've actually discovered something with how the layering works!


What I've discovered is that In this formation,

The two green squares symbolize specific tiles, and those two tiles actually have the same layer position!

Here's a screenshot with this happening

What I'm trying to do is for Benjiro to appear infront of the tall tiles in the background, but appears behind the tile that's in front of him(the one under his feet)

So I may have to try to adjust some things in order to make this work, again without any issues with y movement too since that also happens
