I'm very bad at scales, I'm a bit misunderstood or doing it wrong, but maybe there are people who can explain it to me ( same on the pants )

that's the problem when I repaint one part to make it work as it should and as I wanted it to, when I switch to the other part it looks terrible and I can't figure it out....

P.s I'm mastering scales and rigging in the blender, but I'm not very good at it in practice and Fun fact: I did better with shoes than I did with shirt and pants.
