ability 1: cookie

rue chucks a cookie anyone (inculding rue) that pick up the cookie gets speed 1 but when the killer picks it up they get slowness 2 the cookie lingers for a minite and the cooldown is 28 seconds

ability 2: stick slap

rue charges up for 3 seconds and spins for 5 seconds if the killer make contact with rue when his spining will get stuned rue is much faster while hes spining and when it ends he gets 2 slowness the cooldown is 30 seconds
