What's that? A several year old project has been revived? Yes, that's right. Project SandGame development has been resumed. I will be posting updates every month (maybe a couple weeks depending on how important the update is).

I'm Back!
I've remade the player texture. I'm planning on redoing some of the other block textures as well.
We're getting there... We've got to add a working HUD, Entities, Place & Break system, and a main menu. :)
Project SandGame v0.0.1-indev
This is what I think the main menu should look like. I'm also implementing multiplayer to make things easier to develop for me. This update is going to be bigger than the others, hence the wait.
Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.
We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
