Temor is an indie three chapter horror game inspired by Vidas Salavejus' Timore 6 with elements from Akuma Kira's Lost in Vivo. Each chapter would've taken place in different areas. Chapter 1 being a sewer, Chapter 2 being a storage, and Chapter 3 being a "yard" of some kind (which makes no sense since this was planned to be underground). You would've fought enemies using mostly an axe of some kind, and you could either stealth past enemies or fight them head on. The game would've been mostly linear and wouldn't 100% rely on jumpscares for its horror. The game would've just been a simple average first person horror game. It wouldn't have been a contender for "best indie game" like Amnesia or Outlast, but it also wouldn't have been as terrible as "Apartment 666" or the old Timore games. The game had no story planned, and I felt that it didn't need a concrete story. Instead, I would've put hints of some kind of lore and let the player decide as to what the hell is going on in this game.
As for what will happen to it... I don't think this game is ever gonna happen. For one; I'm not really a fan of horror games anymore. At least not the "mainstream" or "traditional" kind. I've left my interest ever since Resident Evil Village came out. It's not because I think it sucked or it wasn't scary, but because it was all I was waiting for after being... I guess burnt out from all the same horror every game had been trying to do. And secondly, this game is just really hard to make for now with the ideas I have. It would've required actual full on 3D models and long maps with no glaring loading segments whatsoever. And that's with who I may be working with, on my own, it's impossible. I have no experience in modelling, programming, I no longer know how to make something conventionally scary, and I don't have an interest in horror that much like I said.
