im curnetly working on a game called five nights at mr. ugly (prototype 2) do you have anu idia s for the game

im trying to make it so the bacround wold follow the mouse but for some reeason it doe's not work. Can somewone coment how do i suposto do that because i already try'de many tutoryals and it still doe's not work
