This is Bertram V1, a prototype of Bertram Fazbear used to test/pitch the concept, when the location opened the animatronics were redone, these becoming the V2 animatronics seen in the final location. Fritz took the prototypes home where they collected dust in his basement.
I would love to explain more, but this character is VERY lore important, so I unfortunately cannot reveal anything else about this character without it being major spoilers

For Golden Vindictam, Fritz Smith (Purple Guy) and his mysterious accomplice, a man known only by "Rex". His real name is unknown. Rex is the phone guy in fnaf 1 and 2, he uses a voice changer.
