Greetings! I have released a new patch today that addresses the issues the game had during it’s initial release. This should make the game less confusing and easier for the player to navigate the map.
Player Changes:
-Added health, hunger, thirst and stamina bar
-Stamina screen blur now only happens when the player is below 30% as opposed to 50%
-Players will no longer need to fill up their hunger bar to full in order to beat the game
-Eating food now restores the player’s health a bit
Environment Changes:
-Fixed floating trees (let me know if you still see any)
-Added a moon that will help give the player a better sense of direction
-Made waters a solid object for now. You can walk on water so that it’s not difficult to drink, and fall into a pitfall. Swimming hasn’t been implemented yet.
AI/Enemy Changes:
-Fixed the wolves line of sight. Their “eyes” should now be on their head instead of below their body
-Buffed the wolves acceleration. They are much more threatening now. Watch out. Don’t run in a straight line, and run to the side right before they hit you.
-Fixed AI movement and wall clipping
-Fixed Canyon Maze Wolf’s hurt box. They will now be able to attack the player now.
Known Issues:
-Being chased by multiple wolves can make the music REALLY loud
-Swimming isn’t implemented yet
-You can fall off the map. DON’T fall off the map as you won’t die.
-Moon rendering might be odd when the camera is tilted at a certain angle
