Well, this is Cuca. She's a Brazilian folklore character based on Coca from Portugal. The reason why i drew her for this is because some people interpret her as a witch

Yes, ofc i had to draw Saci Pererรช in this for a different reason. There's a holiday made out of him celebrated in some cities in Southeastern Brazil that serves as an Brazilian alternative to Halloween. The reason why this holiday was made is because the people who made it think Brazilians are valuing American culture more than their own culture... which can be justified, because America has been proeminent on Brazil for a long time and it's a major ally of Israel. Although Halloween is not technically American because it's origins trace back to celtic traditions. Do your research!
