with the way custom branch blocks are implemented, you can recreate the "all at once" block by making a simple c block script and running it without screen refresh

Block selector accuracy - potential adjustment

turns out, the hitbox is out of sync with the player, but only visually. considering the drawn collisions are supplementary to the debug menu, i am not gonna fix that. it's annoying, but not gamebreaking.
