Blossoming Season

Would you rather drawn enemies or pixel enemies?

(examples of what I mean above and more detail in the article)

Hello! Currently, the enemies(food) in Blossoming Season are drawn digitally, which takes some time. Additionally, each enemy drop has an item icon which looks like the enemy.
It would be quicker to use the same pixel sprite I make for the icon for the enemy as well for future development, but it would also change the look of the battles in the game, so I'm asking you guys what you'd rather.
Me to continue drawing the enemy sprites or to use the pixel icons I make for the enemies their sprites as well?

This doesn't have to be the final decision, if what is decided isn't preferred later in development, it can be changed again to suit. This is just asking what you guys would prefer currently. (It'll still take a bit until the next update as I'm super busy with school.)

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.
