Now, before you ask, what is Just Wings and Fire?

Just Wings and Fire as a small project I was working on the past 2 (or more) days, basically just a little project I did for fun while I was sick.

Where did you get the idea of Just Wings and Fire from?

I was scrolling through my Ice’Wing saves in Wings of Fire Early Access and came across one of my older ocs, who was a Shape’Wing! The idea popped into my mind of remastering the whole lore and designs of these JSAB themed dragons!

Below this warning is ALL of the lore, designs, and character sheets I had come up with, if you want to see the character sheets separately, a post be made with the character sheets in a bit after this is posted.

Now, let’s read!

Just Wings and Fire primarily takes place in two kingdoms inside Shapelandia, the Pure’Wing kingdom, who is ruled by an unnamed Pure’Wing, and the Corrupt’Wing kingdom, who is ruled by King Blixer and his army (more on them later!).

The two kingdoms have been fighting with each other for a while, but it is unknown what caused this, a fall of the creators, perhaps?

Speaking of said creators, here they are!

Both Queen Moon and Queen Sun had made the islands as a gift for eachother. Queen Moon making an uncorrupted Corruptotea, and Queen Sun making Paradisea.

But after a while, both of them had started to fall in power, turning into smaller forms, and much much weaker than before. Queen Moon had suffered a much worse fate, being put in an eternal slumber, while Queen Sun lost all of her powers, now watching over Paradisea, unable to do anything.

But.. That’s all just a myth.. Right?

Now, let’s skip to present day, shall we?

During present day Shapelandia, both Paradisea and Corruptotea are at war with eachother as stated before. But recently, Corruptotea has gotten more and more stronger due to stealing Paradisea residents and corrupting them into Corrupt’Wings, a more dangerous and violent version of the Pure’Wings.

(As stated above, feel free to use any of these blank templates as bases!)

But, who will stop the war? Who will bring peace? That’s right! The dragon- Nah, I’m kidding. The dragonets of destiny don’t show up. At least.. Not yet. 👀

Now, legend says, when Paradisea is at its worst, 4 heroes will emerge out of the Tree of Life, stopping Corruptotea’s army and giving peace to all. They are also accompanied by a horrifying Pure’Wing, who may not actually be what they are said to be..

Now, here are the heroes and The Guardian!

Cube acts like a father for the 4 heroes, making sure they’re all in check and safe.

Cyan is the leader out of the 4 heroes, probably the most bravest of them all, but sometimes their fear takes over.

Orange is one of the calmer heroes out of the group, and looks like an awful like King Blixer.. Maybe a nephew or son, perhaps?

Yellow is one of the more feminine ones out of the heroes, possibly being the only female one out of the others. People have said they look an awful lot like Barracuda, King Blixer’s “right-hand-man”, or as Lycan says, “his husband”.

Pentagon is one of the more skittish ones out of the others, being terrified of mostly everything, hiding under anything if possible. Cube tries to help him overcome his fear of everything the best he can.

Now, let’s move onto our villains, shall we?

Here are our villains!

Some people call King Blixer a myth, going by many names. Fresh, Dub, Pink Demon, Blixer.. But it all boils down to the same Corrupt’Wing. Blixer is much taller than the average Corrupt’Wing or Lycanite, being over 6 times the size of he 4 heroes! Some people also say that he had created a hero of his own, but that’s just fake… Right?
Barracuda is King Blixer’s right hand man, helping him with most operations if needed. Some Lycanites say that the two have a very “close” bond with each other. Could this really be true? Or are they just friends? Barracuda also works a part time job at the Corruption Library during his non-work days.

Lycan is the most hyper out of the rulers of Corruptotea, leading a giant army of Lycanites under King Blixer’s reign. Lycan’s body is built primarily for swimming in the corrupted oceans, which explains why Lycan and their army have smaller wings and gills, which help them glide under the sea.

Now, let’s talk about the slash on Cube’s chest.

Cube’s slash was caused by King Blixer himself, causing Cube to be slightly corrupted in the process.. Now what happens if that corruption takes over Cube from time to time?

Meet Cubic, a horrifying corrupted version of our loving guardian. Cubic is more violent, and uses saws, gears, or other methods to try and attack anything in their way, even the 4 heroes.

The heroes and Cube are currently trying to figure out a cure for the corruption, so maybe they got get rid of Cubic and cure the other Corrupt’Wings…

Remember how there was a myth about King Blixer creating his own hero to “fight fire with fire”?

Well, that myth was true.

Meet Cyanide! A kind-hearted Corrupt’Wing who wouldn’t hurt a fly.

Cyanide is one of the more nicer Corrupt’Wings, not as violent and aggressive as normal Corrupt’Wings. Cyanide was created by King Blixer to try and compete against the heroes in order to defeat them. After a while, King Blixer had became slightly attached to Cyanide, even calling her his own daughter, which gives Cyanide the role of princess in the Corrupt’Wing kingdom.
