You deal with Simon by checking Cam 9 every so often, if he's there, stare at him until he disappears. Then, in a timely manner, turn completely around and stare at him until he disappears once more.
His timers allow for some stalling for priorities.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
