I came up with the idea of the Bonnie Framework to allow people to make their own free roam Five Nights at Freddy's fangame in Unreal Engine 4. There was not really any templates/frameworks for making Five Nights at Freddy's fangames in Unreal Engine so I decided to make my own. That is how the Bonnie Framework was born.
During the development of this framework, I noticed one thing that I am missing and that is animatronics. Without it, how can I really add and test mechanics like doors? Since I am not a modeler myself, I will need a modeler if I want to have animatronics in the framework.
I could wait for a volunteer modeler to contact me and make a model for the demo of this framework or release a very early alpha without animatronics. Here is where I need your input.
If we waited for a modeler, it can take a while to get a hold of anyone who is willing to model for me for free as Matthew's Development is a non-profit community. The modeler would have to make sure that the model will work in Unreal Engine 4 and potientally to be possible to be animated.
If I released an early alpha of the framework, half of the features that I wanted to add will be missing and it will just be a roam around the building simulator with cameras and time since there will be no animatronics in the alpha.
What do you think I should do? Make sure to answer with the poll that I have created.
