I always hated how Elder Guardians would flash on your screen when you were near an Ocean Monument...as far as scary Minecraft mobs go, this is the best I can think of.
Loading...The Silverfish are just built different and it scares me to be honest.. 
Loading...Tried doing something with Immersive Portals. I think it turned out pretty good!
