Beta patch v0.76.0

Never thought I'd patch a beta but here we go lol, just addressing some AI related stuff, I don't intend on doing further major updates for this beta.

Someone on discord suggested I make 39 do the rabbit pocket watch meme, so I did :P

Beta patch 0.76 is live again, 39 and plushie now will continue to attack, and Broken is easier to deal with. Sorry for the inconvenience!
