I love videogames, and fighting games play better in 2d, more responsive, and they wont lag like those MK fighters where they went so far to into realism with process heavy 3d graphics, that if you don't have a powerful enough gaming pc, it lags, I have a pretty good gaming laptop that can run most AAA games, but some more recent ones jut lag even on the lowest settings, money just isn't right for a new good expensive gaming laptop, I'll get there one day, but even now after getting some better parts that added more ram and space from my last store repair, it's not quite there yet to run the MOST recent AAA titles, BG3 runs ok, WItcher 3 runs ok, it can the most recent ok. Injustice 2, I'm still gonna play, but the occasional lag, or slight constant lagging doesn't really work for a fighting game. Fighting games is just a genre that works best with optimal framrates and good hit detection y'know, so I decided to look for thaat, among my favorite genres FPS and CRPG and platformers on GameJolt, among other good places like Itch.io, abandonware, this is fun stuff.
