Worst Luck 60 FPS is done but I'm going to make a whole different area to put it and any other UD60FPS mods in to not clutter the one that exists now

Coiny, D Blocky, and Pin's kill timers had been adjusted to fit 60fps. I forgot to change em.
OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
UDON DEX HAS MOVED TO 60 FPS! It actually was a lil intermediate, but I did it! Mainly did it to try and remove some lagging issues but at the same time idk if that's how that works.
But yeah go play it
