Stupid Theory: Papyrus and Sans are both RG 03 and RG 04 in the bodies of humans in a reverse Amalgamate experiment. The Reason Sans is Stronger and doesnt turn to dust is because Papyrus's Body was an experiment of trying to clone integrity.
