The location and the company was put for auction. Robert Peterson, an owner of another diner, won the auction. He bought it for $66,000.

Antonio Dalton's son mysteriously died unexpectedly . No body was ever found. He was the owner at the time. With no inheritance, the pizzeria had no owner, so it filed for bankruptcy.
