In the true ending,it shows a tape of Rebecca and Sam Colton. In Chapter:1,in one of the secrets tapes it says there is a live action version of the show. So that video might of been a clip of the live action show.
I'm pretty sure it's obious that in FNAW,I put every charecter in the game on the cover. So if you wonder Withered Bonnie is'nt on the cover in the demo for chapter:2,that's because in chapter:3,at the begining he says "Bonnie's back" then Springtrap -
