My appeal was accepted but when I go in to play on PC it tells me that my account is banned but on my cell phone it does let me in, why is this?

Hello, I am appealing my account "Daivid212" which was banned 3 years ago. I was playing with a friend in a Deltarune forest when I suddenly got banned. I don't understand why and I would love your help. Sorry if there are errors, I speak Spanish.
