I aspire to work with a handful of interdisciplinary skills I've culminated throughout my life thus far.
Since I was 13, when I got my Ipod Touch, I've been filming and photographing. Just like drafting and cartography, it's something my grandfather did. He was a photographer of sorts, and I continue that legacy, albeit with an emphasis in environmental shots.
Since the age of 11, I began swinging a wooden toy sword from a civil war reenactment. From there, I moved up to a detached metal broom stick pole in my adolescent years, then to an arm length PVC Pipe for practice. I have emulated the Star Wars character Count Dooku's form 2, an elegant form, combining it with Anakin Skywalker's form 5, a combative form.
Furthermore, since the age of 8, I've been working on level concepts. I started with basic sketches, inspired by mods from Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) where I then moved to Minecraft at the age of 12, utilizing command blocks for basic programs, making linear levels. For instance, I made a parkour system in the nether, revamping it's cave systems to form puzzles and require clue seeking. Or, I constructed elaborate bases such as a Nether Mansion atop the nether roof. This was repurposed into a zombie survival map with villagers beneath the entrances to lure zombies in, spawned by a command block system.
Now, I plan to make a Wicked Engine project, inspired by some of the sceneries I've had the privilege of witnessing. I've also got Ravenfield projects I might throw in on the side.
