Amir Yacaman is a Computer Engineer and aspiring Entrepreneur. He attended California State University of Long Beach where he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. During his college senior year, he created, designed, and built a Bluetooth enabled personal security storage device, which included its own iPhone and iPad application to unlock it. Prior to building SmartZafe he had developed an iPhone Game which he later went on to publish to the Apple App Store. It was then he became interested in both programing games using Unity and creating 3D art using Blender. Once graduated Amir found a position as a Database Administrator and Information Technologist at STAR Education where he currently works at. While working part time on projects he became interested in proper UX/UI Design. He found a User Experience Design course at General Assembly, which he attended part time for three months. His latest achievement is helping the author to digitalize and publish his iBook to the iBooks Store Titled Si El Águila Hablara.
