Created in mid to late 2020, Frictionite Studios is a rebranding of a predecessor brand named King Delta Productions, which was a game development studio managed and run by Delta Hawkins.

After rebranding, Frictionite Studios expanded past game development, and began prioritizing producing all different forms of media; including Games, Music, Animation, Film, Art, Comics, and more.
