Don't expect this anytime soon as it's a side project, but I am re-working a new version of the engine in MZ that should be improved based on what I learned from the first engine.
(This will include updated tiles and an improved battle system.)
Was holding off on sharing this until I got an Undertale battle system, but now that's ready! This is DeltaRPG; an RPG Maker MV fan game base that is free to use! It has tilesets, plugins, and more ready for your dream game!
