Just some amateur trying to learn pixel art and software engineering (I know the general logic of programming languages, though I'm not really knowledgeable in them, yet)... and maybe a little game design sprinkled on top whenever I get the chance to.
I try to learn everything by myself... not like I have a choice in that, though
I also like playing videogames. JRPGs and roguelikes are pretty cool. Indie games are usually the best
My OS is GNU/Linux. Currently Ubuntu (24.04.2 LTS).
My software kit includes (but isn't limited to):
Aseprite (LibreSprite is also a great FOSS alternative though)
Godot game engine (I know a bit of GDScript, but I haven't really done anything—I could easily switch to another one)
Wine + Lutris (very recommended for compatibility; easy to set up)
The command line
Just "rebranded" my account. I kind of stopped using Gamejolt... for anything. Anyways, now I'm back—as a dev! Well, I'm not actually a (game) developer, but that's what I'm aiming for. (Note: yes, I do unironically use em dashes)
I just started building (and coding) a portfolio! If anyone at all is seeing this ('cause it doesn't feel like it), please give me feedback!
P.S: Keep in mind it's VERY work-in-progress right now (since... I just made it)
