Fixed completally the Chapter 2 crash

The borders change correctly when language is Japanese

The Mew Mew (Pink) border shows correctly in any device

The Chapter 2 error (when u get hit from a bullet in room before "Cyber City - Heights") has fixed

Now, Chapter 1 have 100% of the console borders implemented

Fix the variable error in Chapter 1 (with controls edit)

And fix completely the Chapter 2 crash in room after of "Arcade Machine".
