Progress on the pre alpha map ig

thx to @r4z14 for lighting

Added more features to multiplayer!

Press V to toggle mic speaking(not tested yet, might not work)

Use Chat command in console to chat

Host can use SetNeighbor true command to become neighbor

ServerTravel cmd can be used to change maps

Finished the pre alpha house, not the best one outta there but i tried my best

Fixed neighbor being not able to see you through open doors

Added window vaulting for a2 player

also fixed neighbor not opening cupboard properly
