Added a main menu, you can also load into the last level you were in now(pretty useless since there's only 1 playable level so far)

Press V to toggle mic speaking(not tested yet, might not work)

Use Chat command in console to chat

Host can use SetNeighbor true command to become neighbor

ServerTravel cmd can be used to change maps

Finished the pre alpha house, not the best one outta there but i tried my best

Fixed neighbor being not able to see you through open doors
