sometimes, i have voices in my head telling me that doing detailed pixel art is inefficient.
then there's my monkey brain that says "pixel art go brrr". it's fun to do stuff for the heck of it sometimes. and besides, small details matter!

i'm finally comfortable with the artstyle for the game so i've updated some old sprites using it. here's a side by side comparison (zoom to see the gif!) the mc's hair and scarf move with the wind now too
