Does anyone know the allegro game engine? Well, so it kind of started. After a while learning C/C++ colored console applications weren’t exciting enough anymore and I tried to make the first steps with window programming featuring bitmap sprites.

I always wanted to program an isometric game like Fallout 2. Code style, object orientation? Naaah. But the result still makes me laugh when I look back. In the following years I have then worked with the SDL, OpenGL, DirectX, Java (especially Processing) and XNA. Now I’m working mostly with my proprietary simple 2D engine but sometimes also with Unity as well.

I love working with Blender for modelling and Python and Lua as script languages. I’m more a programmer than a game or interface designer but I try my best. I wish I could compose game music.
