instead of normal phase 3 of ULB, im gonna use inspiration on phase 2 of ulbs scrapped build. its my favourite version of ULB so i hope you guys dont mind.

all in Config. Also with Style changes, it will effect the main menu mostly. it hasnt been implimented yet but its intended
