Hello,

I am older then google 🤣, I have an amazing husband and I'm a mom to 2 awesome kids. 1 kid(11) and 1 adult (19) I love preserving food. My favorite is making veggie powder to hide in our food. It's so much fun to freeze dry and dehydrate foods.

My oldest was like mom post your cool creations here and set it up for me. So as I learn this whole new platform please be patient.

Took our kids on vacation and on the way we stopped to pan for gold and we found 2 pieces! Super fun.

Marshmallow and Peeps before and after Freeze-drying. before they are soft marshmallows but after they are incredibly crunchy. Marshmallow are one of my favorites. Peeps are not my favorite. Made those for my niece and nephews..
