Mobile port will be v1013 and the PC version will be v100 (depends if v101 comes out soon cause there's no restrictions for mods on Mobile.)

Do you guys think I should get rid of 2011X since there's too many mods of him?

Sorry if progress has been slow, but Rouge is actively getting worked on and I want to release both Rouge and 2011X together.
