Added basic options, window resizer and others
added the velvet room as the hub for battling persona characters
Added Lugia, and a functional options screen!
Game is now actualy playable 
Added Tails to the game as Sonic's companion party member, and gave Sonic.exe unique dialogue in the event that you have tails with you to go fight him
