As Gabe Newell says, he doesn't like realistic games. Games have to be fun before realistic and i can't agree more. The world around the player should respond to any of the actions you choose and this is what keeps you being interested in it. 
Well, Avatar Frame could look something like that. I know TV frames might be a little overused but this is tied to the original game where this character appears in TV screens same way so i think its fitting. GJ wants original IPs used, i do think of it:)

While FNAF Plus exists no longer and will never be released in any form, LostPawPlay version is going to be the one we get and best version we can achieve. Glad we have at least that, there is more effort into this fan reacreation than original. :p

I contacted LostPawPlay, recent FNAF PLUS fanmade creator and i talked to him :) You know what? I got a very positive response and i also offered help with changing some of the things in game INCLUDING his Phone Calls to hire a REAL VA for it. Great eh?
