Another quick patch for both pixel playtime PC & Mobile!

Both platform fixes:

- huggy moving at 2x speed once dying

- jean only working with the red hand

- a "OP" spot in the chase

- fixed joey easter egg not hiding

- fixed flashlight in menu

- respawning
