In the Popgoes ‘cartoon universe’, how would you describe the personalities of the Popgoes gang + Manora and Holly? (You can be as brief or as descriptive as you want, of course)
Did Fritz canonically create the character of Whimps the Weeper and put it in "POPGOES and the Machinist", or is it purely a fun little reference that we're not meant to take seriously?
