Shelby Kolb is a Digital Communications Data Analyst at Sony San Diego Studios where she supports multiple teams on the MLB The Show annual game franchise. 

Prior to joining team, Shelby was living in Ireland where she received a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing Strategy. 

Although Sony PlayStation is her first opportunity in the Gaming Industry, Shelby has quickly fallen in love with the community, the challenges, and the rewards that come with working on video games.  She is passionate about supporting and encouraging others who strive to pursue a career in this industry.
