Our Start

Warballoon was formed way back in twenty dickety eleven when Jordan Coombs, Justin Coombs and Steve Tranby started working on Star Command for mobile devices. Our goal was simple and clear: bring PC gaming to mobile. We ran two successful Kickstarters and on May 2nd, 20 dickety 13 Star Command was released upon the public. We were chosen as editors chose on the Apple iTunes store and were, for about 4 hours, the #1 selling game on the market. Star Command has gone on to sell more than 600,000 units across the world.

Expansion

Since September of 2013 Warballoon has been working on Star Command: Galaxies, the follow up to Star Command, for PC/Mac/Linux. In April we expanded our team adding Aron, Chad, Parker, Tim and Kit to our stables. Our growth has been controlled, chaotic and mildly arousing. Our continued goal is to make amazing, unique gaming experiences and challenge the socially accepted established norms of the role of gaming in humanities....wait, what was the question?
