Final "Update"!

Today I officially shut down the discord server for Ultimate Fix (the game itself won't be removed, just the server).

It was a fun journey and it reached it's end, thank you very much to everyone who shared it!

Update - 1.0.03:

- Nerfed Blinding enemies.

- Nerfed damage from DoTs to 5% -> 8% -> 12%.

- Balanced Dodging a little.

- Reworked starting cutscene - shortened exposition and other changes.

Update - 1.0.019:

- Fixed Tactics pages not giving Joel new skills.

- Also, uploaded a full UMP (v24) with UF (1.0.018) preinstalled, since UMP is not on its official page for some reason.
