I fixed some crucial savefiling issues alongside balancing _______ and balloon gal. also fixed ventilation not working surprised nobody told me that earlier

-Fixed a small bug where balloon girl wouldn't show up in a specific night! Also buffed her.
-Fixed a HUGE Bug where a certain character's killtimer did NOT reset after leaving. please redownload if u wanna avoid this hiccup.
