Fixed a softlock in the Noelle fight while in a specific route

Changed '4 days' puzzle to accept any answer, triggers wrong but unlocks the forcefield

Fixed hitbox for the bullet in the 2nd Anomaly wave

Fixed Susie's MAX HP (270 > 290)

I can't test the changes I made in Frostveil so I can't really release them without checking.
