I am really excited for the Final Update that we are developing. We trying our best to fix most issues of the game, as well as game difficulty on certain night to give a smother jump, but this doesnt mean game will be any easier at the end.

I don't think Phisnom has been fired. Most likely he wants not not associate his name anymore with FNAF community so he hides it now. But we have to wait for the official announcements since this does looks suspicious.
