Hi, my name is Eliot.
I hate to say it, but I'm not the most interesting fellow. I'm just a guy who likes video games.
Although I usually prefer realistic graphics when playing games made by bigger corporations, when I'm playing indie games, I actually prefer a more pixelated, 2-D look.
I really like anime, but I'm not much for RPGs. I absolutely adore visual novels, though, especially if they have an emotional undertone to them. I think it's because I love getting attached to characters and experiencing their lives with them. I realize that sounded super gay, but that just moves on to my next point.
I hate that I have to bring this up in almost every one of my bios, but I feel as though it's needed. So hi! I'm super gay! Well...sort of. I'm demisexual and demi-panromantic, but anyway...
Great, now, moving on. So yeah, I like visual novels. I also like text adventures. I like some dating sims, but not all. Again, if the dating sim has emotional undertones, I'll probably love it. I could get into an adventure game, as long as it has a story.
I don't know, I just really like video games with a nice plot-base, or with lackthereof as shown by my love of both "The Sims," and "The Elder Scrolls," series, so I suppose I also enjoy games that allow you to make your own adventures and your own stories.
I guess I could just say that I like any game and I'll try anything once. Except first-person shooters. I'm not sure what it is about them, but I just haven't come across one yet that I could get into. Maybe it's my horrible aim, maybe it's I'm just vain and I hate that I can't see my character, maybe it's just the boring plot that most of them are centered around. I don't know.
Anyway, yeah, that's me. I figured I would just drone on about video games considering this is a site about video games, so there you go.
