so i tried to enter the game but i can't the screen gets frozen in the login screen and when i press ESC key goes to the game screen like if i don't have internet, i was thinking i didn't really have internet or i got banned but it was problem of the game

i need help when i try to log in it doesn't work i mean it doesnt appear loggin in or an error occured not even ban it just dont work please help
