i recently downloaded this game and everytime i launch the game, soon or later the game always crashes for some reason. can you please tell me how to fix the problem? i already tried playing on lowest graphics and it didnt

Can someone please tell me why playing the game on low graphics crashes, like i can move around in the main stage, but when i go to the office it crashes.
how do you install and play it, its just when i install it you have to go into folders and turn into zip, its just really hard there is no tutorial only 9 years ago ones
